Launch Norton Utiltities. Select “Norton Disk Editor” under the “Utilities” menu or simple type “E.”

Using the “Drive” button, select the “1.44 Floppy” disk and Open it:

Choose “View in Hex” under the “Display” menu:

This will display the “1.44 Floppy” disk's boot block information in hexadecimal:
